Product Description
Highway corrugated beam barrier is the main form of semi-rigid guardrail. It is a continuous structure with corrugated steel guardrail panels spliced to each other and supported by main columns. It uses the deformation of the soil foundation, columns and beams to absorb collision energy, and forces the out-of-control vehicle to change direction and return to the normal driving direction, preventing the vehicle from running off the road to protect the vehicle and passengers and reduce losses caused by accidents. Highway corrugated guardrail panels are both steel and soft, have strong ability to absorb collision energy, have good line-of-sight induction function, can be coordinated with the road alignment, have beautiful appearance, can be used on small radius curves, and are easy to replace damaged areas. Combined corrugated beam guardrails are available on narrow center dividers. For sections where vehicles may cross the road (bridge) and cause serious consequences, you can choose to strengthen the corrugated beam guardrails.

Classification
Corrugated beam guardrails are generally classified according to their installation location and anti-collision level. According to the installation location, it can be divided into roadside guardrails and central divider guardrails. According to the anti-collision level, it can be divided into A level and S level. S-class guardrails are reinforced types and are suitable for use on particularly dangerous sections of roadside, while A-class guardrails are used on dedicated highways. According to the surface treatment, it is divided into two categories: hot-dip galvanized corrugated guardrails and galvanized spray-coated corrugated guardrails.
Features: good anti-corrosion performance, anti-aging, beautiful and elegant, safe, easy and fast installation. When subjected to external forces, the guardrail panels and columns deform to absorb the impact force and protect pedestrians and vehicles.
Purpose: Highway anti-collision facilities, isolation and other facilities. It is mainly used in traffic security and safety projects such as highways, first and second-level highways, provincial and county roads, rural highways, scenic spots, and large parking lots.
