Product Description
I-beam, also known as Universal Beam, is a long strip of steel with an I-shaped section. I-beams are divided into ordinary I-beams and light I-beams. It is a section steel with an I-shaped section.
I-beams are mainly divided into ordinary I-beams, light-duty I-beams and wide-flange I-beams. According to the height ratio of flange and web, it is divided into wide, medium and narrow wide flange I-beams. The first two are produced in size 10-60, that is, the corresponding height is 10 cm-60 cm. Lightweight I-beams have narrow flanges, thin webs and light weight for the same height. Wide flange I-beam, also known as H-beam, is characterized by two parallel legs and no slope on the inside of the legs. It belongs to economical section steel and is rolled on a four-high universal rolling mill, so it is also called "universal I-beam".
T-beam is a kind of steel that is cast into a T-shape. It is named after its cross section is the same as the English letter "T". There are two types of T-beam: 1. T-beam is directly split from H-beam. The standard is the same as that of H-beam (GB/T11263-2017), which is an ideal material to replace double angle steel for welding. It has the advantages of strong bending resistance, simple construction, cost saving and light weight of the structure. 2. Hot-rolled T-section steel is mainly used in machinery and small hardware section steel.
Channel steel is divided into ordinary channel steel and light channel steel. The specification of hot-rolled ordinary channel steel is 5-40#. The specification of hot-rolled flexible channel steel supplied by agreement between the supplier and the buyer is 6.5-30#. Channel steel is mainly used in building structures, vehicle manufacturing, other industrial structures and fixed cabinets, etc. Channel steel is often used in conjunction with I-beam steel. Channel steel can be divided into 4 types according to shape: cold-formed equilateral channel steel, cold-formed unequal-sided channel steel, cold-formed inner-curled channel steel, and cold-formed outer-curved channel steel.
