Honeycomb catalysts are generally homogeneous catalysts. A mixture of TiO2, V2O5, WO3, etc. is made into catalyst elements with a cross-section of 150mmX150mm and varying lengths through a ceramic extrusion device, and then assembled into standard modules with a cross-section of approximately 2m´1m.
The manufacturing process of corrugated plate catalysts generally uses TiO2 reinforced with glass fiber as the substrate, and impregnates active ingredients such as WO3 and V2O5 into the surface of the catalyst to achieve the purpose of improving catalyst activity and reducing SO2 oxidation rate.

Catalyst types can be divided into three types: plate type, honeycomb type and corrugated plate type. All three catalysts have achievements in coal-fired SCR, among which plate type and honeycomb type are more common and corrugated plate type is less common.


Honeycomb denitrification catalyst

Honeycomb denitrification catalyst is a highly efficient and widely used environmentally friendly catalyst, mainly with titanium (Ti), tungsten (W) and vanadium (V) as the main active ingredients, supplemented by auxiliary materials such as titanium dioxide (TiO2). After these materials are fully mixed, they are extruded into a shape with a honeycomb structure through a mold, and finally solidified through a high-temperature calcination process. The honeycomb structure of this catalyst provides a large surface area, which is conducive to the efficient conversion of nitrogen oxides (NOx) at low temperatures.


Biomass boiler SCR denitration catalyst

The biomass boiler SCR denitration catalyst is a catalyst designed for the efficient removal of nitrogen oxides (NOx) during biomass combustion. Since alkali metals and other impurities in biomass fuels have an adverse effect on traditional SCR catalysts, the biomass boiler SCR denitration catalyst has a special formula and structure that can effectively resist alkali metal poisoning, catalyst deactivation and other problems, improve denitration efficiency, and thus achieve cleaner combustion emissions.

Smoke characteristics

The original flue gas temperature is low, generally 120~150℃; the SO2 concentration is high, the SO2 concentration in the flue gas is generally 1000~1500mg/m3, and some can reach 3000~5000mg/m3; the moisture content is high, which can reach 10%~16%; under high humidity and high sulfur conditions, the dust is sticky and easily causes catalyst blockage; the dust composition is complex, containing K2O.Na20, ZnO and other alkali/alkaline earth metal components.
