Hot Rolled Steel Sheet are steel sheet that has been cut from Hot Rolled Steel Coil to the specific dimensions. It is similar to other hot rolled steel products in the sense that they are used in constructions, engineering, the automotive industry to produce consumer goods. Generally, it has a smooth surface and comes in standard or customized dimension as well as wide range of thickness to support various construction works. Some of the common grades includes SS400, SS490, and SM400.
It is widely used in manufacturing casings, element/parts of tools machinery, guard rails and automotive body parts. As for other customize uses would involved process such as Drawing and Stamping.

Wear resistant steel with 2 to 12mm in thickness are produced from processes of hot rolling, cutting into length and heat treating. The products are characterized with small thickness, good flatness, outstanding wear resistance, excellent toughness, good weldability, good machinablility, consistent property and quality. Wear resistant steels are developed for applications where high wear resistant performance is required, such as dumper, garbage vehicle, concrete mixer truck, industrial air fan, hopper, crusher, machinery for coal, grain, cement, grab bucket, etc.
